Congratulations to Mr Wonka's
Golden Ticket Winners!

In 2017, having received 20,000 Imaginormous Challenge entries, Wonka and his advisors from Penguin Young Readers chose five lucky children from all across America to have their Imaginormous story ideas transformed in the most magnificent of ways!

Thanks to a tale which was good enough to eat, Giselle, age 6, had her story about a unicorn kitty named Bubblegum transformed into an edible 3D printed candy creation by Dylan’s Candy Store. Scrumdiddlyumptious!

Sage Marie, age 8, flew out to Hollywood, courtesy of Mr. Wonka, and pitched her story idea to a major Hollywood Executive at Warner Bros. Animation!

Cole, age 11, won a once in a lifetime experience to have his mystical town of Fluffletopolis transformed into a playable Minecraft experience by a team of professional Minecraft builders. In 2018, top Youtube creator Stacy Lee is set to play Cole’s Minecraft world!

Lucy, age 11, took a writing masterclass with New York Times bestselling author Adam Gidwitz, who helped her develop her story idea about a very special book with luminous pages into a published e-book!

Anusha, age 11, who imagined a tale about a paralyzed girl who longed to dance, not only met the cast and crew from Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on Broadway but her Imaginormous story idea was transformed into a choreographed dance number!

If you didn’t win in 2017, do not despair! The Challenge will be coming back bigger and better than ever in 2018.

Make sure you sign up to receive more information about the 2018 challenge!

Remember - All it takes is 100 words to enter.

Don’t imagine small, Imaginormous!
